mn88 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "mn88" or "the Platform" means the online gaming platform operated at mn88.lat, including all web, mobile, and API interfaces through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered for or uses an mn88 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access mn88's services, identified by a unique username or registered mobile number.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Player's mn88 Account and available for use on the Platform.
"Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, wheel games, fishing games, sabong, and any other gaming content available on mn88.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players before full Account access, including withdrawals, is granted.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive offered by mn88 to Players from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it and any associated winnings become available for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing mn88.lat, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any amendments published by mn88 from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, note that mn88 accounts are issued solely to natural persons — corporate accounts are not permitted.

To register for and use an mn88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mn88 strictly enforces this requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by mn88 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mn88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors — or an immediate family member of such a person.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify mn88 of any changes via the account settings page or by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials (username, password, and any 2FA codes) confidential;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

mn88 will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mn88 immediately. mn88 will not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

In accordance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines, mn88 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before full account access — including the processing of withdrawals — is granted.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include:

• UMID Card (SSS/GSIS)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• COMELEC Voter's ID
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

mn88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence where circumstances warrant. Providing fraudulent, forged, or misrepresented identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Deposits. mn88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. mn88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account ("same-method withdrawal policy"), except where mn88 expressly permits otherwise. mn88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes during business hours and up to one (1) banking day on weekends and Philippine public holidays.

mn88 reserves the right to reverse a deposit to its source and void any resulting wagers where a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently or in bad faith. Balances identified as proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity are subject to forfeiture and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

mn88 may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over this Section 7 where there is any inconsistency.

General Bonus rules applicable to all mn88 promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• A Player may hold only one active Bonus at a time unless expressly permitted by the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Players or converted to cash until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• mn88 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus at any time if it determines the offer has been accepted in bad faith, obtained by exploiting a technical error, or claimed in breach of applicable terms.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying a Bonus wagering requirement, mn88 may deduct the Bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, placing low-risk bets designed exclusively to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent — is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings.

Each Game available on mn88 is governed by its own specific rules published within the Game interface. By placing a wager in any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Game-specific rules, the Game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

All RNG-based games on mn88 are sourced from game providers certified by independent testing laboratories and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in certified studio environments, streamed in real time. mn88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the following principles apply:

• A game round already settled prior to the malfunction will not be reversed;
• An unsettled game round affected by a proven technical error on mn88's systems may be voided and the wager refunded to the Player's Account;
• mn88's technical logs constitute the primary record of game events and shall be conclusive in any dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mn88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other Players or with any mn88 employee to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display anomalies to make wagers that mn88 would not have offered under correct operating conditions;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or other integrity-compromising behaviour in live games;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mn88 staff or other Players via the live chat or any other communication channel on the Platform.

By the Player. A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting mn88 customer support. mn88 will process account closure requests promptly. Any remaining balance (net of applicable pending wagers and Bonus-related deductions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

By mn88. mn88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• mn88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time following request;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require mn88 to do so;
• The Player has self-excluded and is attempting to continue play.

Where mn88 closes an account due to a Player's breach of these Terms or illegal conduct, mn88 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter and relevant funds to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

mn88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools accessible at any time from the account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited;
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when a specified play duration has elapsed;
• Reality Checks — periodic in-session notifications displaying time spent and net win/loss for the current session;
• Self-Exclusion — temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, taking effect immediately upon request.

Your mn88 account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any mn88 content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mn88's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

mn88 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks outside mn88's reasonable control;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors or game providers beyond mn88's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits mn88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

mn88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering for an mn88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mn88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may initiate a dispute by contacting mn88 customer support with a written description of the complaint. mn88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. mn88's decision in matters concerning game outcomes supported by technical log records shall be final unless there is demonstrable evidence of a system error on mn88's side.

mn88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mn88 will notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the mn88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
